About This Role
Join our growing team at Everium Outdoor Services! We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work and want to be part of a local business that values honesty and community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform edging, trimming, and blowing to complete lawn care services
- Assist with snow removal operations including plowing and salting
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate with team lead about job progress and any issues
- Provide excellent service to residential and commercial clients
- Help with seasonal cleanup projects (leaf removal, spring cleanup)
Skills We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- No experience required - we'll train you!
- Available for flexible scheduling (weekdays, some weekends)
- Reliable transportation to work sites (we travel through Bismarck and surrounding areas)
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to pass a background check
